행정심판법 시행령 제26조(심리기일의 통지)
Enforcement Decree of the Administrative Appeals Act, Article 26 (Notice of Hearing Dates)
위원회는 심리기일 7일 전까지 당사자와 참가인에게 서면 또는 법 제38조제4항에 따른 간이통지방법으로 심리기일을 알려야 한다.
The commission shall notify the parties and intervenors of the hearing date no later than seven days before it, in writing or by the simple method of notice under Article 38 (4) of the Act.
