가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제22조(신고 후 등록되어 있음이 판명된 때 등)

등록되어 있는지가 분명하지 아니한 사람 또는 등록되어 있지 아니하거나 등록할 수 없는 사람에 관한 신고가 수리된 후 그 사람에 관하여 등록되어 있음이 판명된 때 또는 등록할 수 있게 된 때에는 신고인 또는 신고사건의 본인은 그 사실을 안 날부터 1개월 이내에 수리된 신고사건을 표시하여 처음 그 신고를 수리한 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다.
