가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제32조(동의, 승낙 또는 허가를 요하는 사건의 신고)

① 신고사건에서 부모 또는 다른 사람의 동의나 승낙이 필요한 경우에는 신고서에 그 동의나 승낙을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하여야 한다. 이 경우 동의나 승낙을 한 사람으로 하여금 신고서에 그 사유를 적고 서명 또는 기명날인하게 함으로써 그 서면의 첨부를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.30>

② 신고사건, 신고인 또는 신고사항 등에 있어서 재판 또는 관공서의 허가를 요하는 사항이 있는 경우에는 신고서에 그 재판서 또는 허가서의 등본을 첨부하여야 한다.
