가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제93조(인지 등에 따른 국적취득의 통보 등)

① 법무부장관은 「국적법」 제3조제1항 또는 같은 법 제11조제1항에 따라 대한민국의 국적을 취득한 사람이 있는 경우 지체 없이 국적을 취득한 사람이 정한 등록기준지의 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장에게 대법원규칙으로 정하는 사항을 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 통보를 받은 시ㆍ읍ㆍ면의 장은 국적을 취득한 사람의 등록부를 작성한다.
