개인정보 보호법 시행령 제49조(조정부의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제40조제6항에 따른 조정부(이하 "조정부"라 한다)는 분쟁조정위원회 위원장이 지명하는 5명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 그 중 1명은 변호사 자격이 있는 위원으로 한다. <개정 2016.7.22>

② 분쟁조정위원회 위원장은 조정부의 회의를 소집한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Dispute디스퓻 Mediation미디에이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 mediation미디에이션 panel.패늘

③ 분쟁조정위원회의 위원장은 조정부의 회의를 소집하려면 회의 날짜ㆍ시간ㆍ장소 및 안건을 정하여 회의 개최 7일 전까지 조정부의 각 위원에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사정이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 조정부의 장은 조정부 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에서 정한 사항 외에 조정부의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 분쟁조정위원회의 의결을 거쳐 분쟁조정위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
