건축법 제27조(현장조사ㆍ검사 및 확인업무의 대행)

① 허가권자는 이 법에 따른 현장조사ㆍ검사 및 확인업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「건축사법」 제23조에 따라 건축사사무소개설신고를 한 자에게 대행하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.14, 2014.5.28>

② 제1항에 따라 업무를 대행하는 자는 현장조사ㆍ검사 또는 확인결과를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 허가권자에게 서면으로 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 허가권자는 제1항에 따른 자에게 업무를 대행하게 한 경우 국토교통부령으로 정하는 범위에서 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정하는 수수료를 지급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
