Building Act, Article 44 (Relationship between Sites and Roads)

① 건축물의 대지는 2미터 이상이 도로(자동차만의 통행에 사용되는 도로는 제외한다)에 접하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.1.19>

② 건축물의 대지가 접하는 도로의 너비, 대지가 도로에 접하는 부분의 길이, 그 밖에 대지와 도로의 관계에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따른다.
