건축법 제52조의2(실내건축)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 용도 및 규모에 해당하는 건축물의 실내건축은 방화에 지장이 없고 사용자의 안전에 문제가 없는 구조 및 재료로 시공하여야 한다.

② 실내건축의 구조ㆍ시공방법 등에 관한 기준은 국토교통부령으로 정한다.

③ 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 실내건축이 적정하게 설치 및 시공되었는지를 검사하여야 한다. 이 경우 검사하는 대상 건축물과 주기(週期)는 건축조례로 정한다.
