고용보험법 시행령 제111조(기금의 회계기관)

① 고용노동부장관은 기금의 수입과 지출에 관한 사무를 수행하게 하기 위하여 소속 공무원 중에서 기금수입징수관, 기금재무관, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원을 임명한다. <개정 2010.7.12>

② 기금수입징수관과 기금재무관은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 계약, 수입ㆍ지출의 원인이 되는 행위 및 기금수입금의 징수ㆍ결정에 관한 업무를 담당하며, 기금지출관 및 기금출납공무원은 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따르는 수입과 지출업무를 담당한다.
