공공주택 특별법 제55조(감독)

① 국토교통부장관은 공공주택사업자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이 법에 따른 허가 또는 승인을 취소하거나 공사의 중지ㆍ변경, 시설물 또는 물건의 개축ㆍ변경 또는 이전 등을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.8.28>

② 복합사업의 시행이 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령ㆍ처분이나 제40조의8제1항에 따른 복합사업계획에 위반되었다고 인정되는 때에는 복합사업의 적정한 시행을 위하여 필요한 범위에서 국토교통부장관은 시ㆍ도지사, 시장, 군수, 구청장, 공공주택사업자 또는 주민대표회의에게, 시ㆍ도지사는 시장, 군수, 구청장, 공공주택사업자 또는 주민대표회의에게, 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 공공주택사업자 또는 주민대표회의에게 처분의 취소ㆍ변경 또는 정지, 공사의 중지ㆍ변경, 위원의 개선 권고, 그 밖의 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다. <신설 2026.9.8>

③ 국토교통부장관은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 처분 또는 명령 등의 조치를 한 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2026.9.8>
