공직선거법 제207조(책자형 선거공보에 관한 특례)

①동시선거에 있어서 같은 정당의 추천을 받은 2인 이상의 후보자(대통령선거의 정당추천후보자와 비례대표국회의원선거 및 비례대표지방의회의원선거에 있어서는 후보자를 추천한 정당을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 제65조(선거공보)의 규정에 따른 책자형 선거공보를 공동으로 작성할 수 있으며, 책자형 선거공보는 공동으로 작성한 때에는 후보자마다 각각 1종을 작 성한 것으로 본다. <개정 2005.8.4>

②관할구역이 큰 선거구의 후보자가 책자형 선거공보의 일부 지면에 작은 선거구의 후보자에 관한 내용을 선거구에 따라 달리 게재하는 방법으로 공동작성하였을 경우 큰 선거구의 후보자에 관한 내용이 동일한 책자형 선거공보는 1종으로 본다. <개정 2005.8.4>

③제1항의 규정에 의하여 책자형 선거공보를 공동으로 작성하는 경우에는 후보자간의 약정에 의하여 그 비용을 분담할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 분담내역을 관할구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회에 책자형 선거공보를 제출하는 때에 각각 서면으로 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2005.8.4>
