관광진흥법 제65조(강제징수)

①제64조에 따라 관광지등의 안에 있는 공동시설의 유지ㆍ관리 및 보수에 드는 비용을 내야 할 의무가 있는 자가 이를 이행하지 아니하면 사업시행자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 지역을 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 그 징수를 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2018.6.12, 2025.1.31>

②제1항에 따라 징수를 위탁받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 이를 징수할 수 있다. 이 경우 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 징수를 위탁한 자는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 징수한 금액의 100분의 10에 해당하는 금액을 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 내야 한다. <개정 2008.6.5, 2018.6.12>
