관세법 제8조(기간 및 기한의 계산)

① 이 법에 따른 기간을 계산할 때 제252조에 따른 수입신고수리전 반출승인을 받은 경우에는 그 승인일을 수입신고의 수리일로 본다.

② 이 법에 따른 기간의 계산은 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 것을 제외하고는 「민법」에 따른다.

④ 제327조에 따른 국가관세종합정보시스템, 연계정보통신망 또는 전산처리설비가 대통령령으로 정하는 장애로 가동이 정지되어 이 법에 따른 기한까지 이 법에 따른 신고, 신청, 승인, 허가, 수리, 교부, 통지, 통고, 납부 등을 할 수 없게 되는 경우에는 그 장애가 복구된 날의 다음 날을 기한으로 한다. <개정 2020.12.22, 2023.12.31>
