①국가기관의 장은 국가안보 및 보안ㆍ기밀에 관계되는 분야를 제외하고 대통령령등으로 정하는 바에 따라 외국인을 공무원으로 임용할 수 있다. <개정 2011.5.23, 2015.5.18>
