국가공무원법 제28조의2(전입)

국회, 법원, 헌법재판소, 선거관리위원회 및 행정부 상호 간에 다른 기관 소속 공무원을 전입하려는 때에는 시험을 거쳐 임용하여야 한다. 이 경우 임용 자격 요건 또는 승진소요최저연수ㆍ시험과목이 같을 때에는 대통령령등으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 시험의 일부나 전부를 면제할 수 있다. <개정 2015.5.18>
