국민건강보험법 제22조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공단을 대표하고 업무를 총괄하며, 임기 중 공단의 경영성과에 대하여 책임을 진다.

② 상임이사는 이사장의 명을 받아 공단의 업무를 집행한다.

(2) Standing스탠딩 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Service서^v비스 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 President.프^r레저덴트

③ 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 상임이사 중 1명이 그 직무를 대행하고, 상임이사가 없거나 그 직무를 대행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 임원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
