국민건강보험법 제65조(임원)

① 심사평가원에 임원으로서 원장, 이사 15명 및 감사 1명을 둔다. 이 경우 원장, 이사 중 4명 및 감사는 상임으로 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>

② 원장은 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 보건복지부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다.

(2) The^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea,코^r리아 on안 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 several세^v브^r럴 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð디 officer오^f퍼서 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 committee.커미티

③ 상임이사는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 추천 절차를 거쳐 원장이 임명한다.

④ 비상임이사는 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 10명과 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 추천한 관계 공무원 1명을 보건복지부장관이 임명한다.

⑤ 감사는 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 재정경제부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑥ 제4항에 따른 비상임이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 실비변상을 받을 수 있다.

⑦ 원장의 임기는 3년, 이사(공무원인 이사는 제외한다)와 감사의 임기는 각각 2년으로 한다.
