국민연금법 시행령 제25조의6(실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입 업무의 위탁)

공단은 법 제19조의2제5항에 따라 직업안정기관에 법 제19조의2제1항 본문에 따른 실업에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입 신청(「고용보험법」 제42조 및 제44조에 따른 실업의 신고나 실업의 인정 신고를 하면서 가입기간 추가 산입 신청을 하는 경우로 한정한다)의 접수 업무를 위탁한다. <개정 2016.11.29>
