국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 제31조(도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정의 효력)

① 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정의 효력은 제32조제4항에 따라 지형도면을 고시한 날부터 발생한다. <개정 2013.7.16>

② 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정 당시 이미 사업이나 공사에 착수한 자(이 법 또는 다른 법률에 따라 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등을 받아야 하는 경우에는 그 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ승인 등을 받아 사업이나 공사에 착수한 자를 말한다)는 그 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정과 관계없이 그 사업이나 공사를 계속할 수 있다. 다만, 시가화조정구역이나 수산자원보호구역의 지정에 관한 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정이 있는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장 또는 군수에게 신고하고 그 사업이나 공사를 계속할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.14, 2020.6.9>

③ 제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 도시ㆍ군관리계획 결정의 효력 발생 및 실효 등에 관하여는 「토지이용규제 기본법」 제8조제3항부터 제5항까지의 규정에 따른다. <신설 2013.7.16>
