국회법 제85조의3(예산안 등의 본회의 자동 부의 등)

① 위원회는 예산안, 기금운용계획안, 임대형 민자사업 한도액안(이하 "예산안등"이라 한다)과 제4항에 따라 지정된 세입예산안 부수 법률안의 심사를 매년 11월 30일까지 마쳐야 한다.

② 위원회가 예산안등과 제4항에 따라 지정된 세입예산안 부수 법률안(체계ㆍ자구 심사를 위하여 법제사법위원회에 회부된 법률안을 포함한다)에 대하여 제1항에 따른 기한까지 심사를 마치지 아니하였을 때에는 그 다음 날에 위원회에서 심사를 마치고 바로 본회의에 부의된 것으로 본다. 다만, 의장이 각 교섭단체 대표의원과 합의한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 의장은 제2항 본문에 따른 법률안 중에 같은 제명의 법률안이 둘 이상일 경우에는 제2항 본문에도 불구하고 소관 위원회 위원장의 의견을 들어 일부 법률안만을 본회의에 부의할 수 있다.

(3) Notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 the^ð더 main메인 text텍스트 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), if이^f프 there^ð데어 are아 two투 or오 more모 bills빌즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 same세임 title타이틀 among어멍 the^ð더 bills빌즈 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 in인 the^ð더 main메인 text텍스트 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Speaker스피커 may,메이 after애^f프터 hearing히^r링 the^ð디 opinion어피니언 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 committee,커미티 submit서브밋 only온리 some섬 of어^v브 those^ð도우즈 bills빌즈 to투 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session.세션

④ 의원이나 정부가 세입예산안에 부수하는 법률안을 발의하거나 제출하는 경우 세입예산안 부수 법률안 여부를 표시하여야 하고, 의장은 국회예산정책처의 의견을 들어 세입예산안 부수 법률안으로 지정한다.

(4) When웬 a어 member멤버 or오 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 introduces인트^r러두시즈 or오 submits서브밋츠 a어 bill빌 accompanying어컴퍼니잉 the^ð더 revenue^r레^v버누 budget버짓 bill,빌 the^ð더 member멤버 or오 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 shall섈 indicate인더케잇 whether웨^ð더 it잇 is이즈 a어 bill빌 accompanying어컴퍼니잉 the^ð더 revenue^r레^v버누 budget버짓 bill,빌 and앤드 the^ð더 Speaker스피커 shall섈 designate데저그네잇 it잇 as애즈 a어 bill빌 accompanying어컴퍼니잉 the^ð더 revenue^r레^v버누 budget버짓 bill빌 after애^f프터 hearing히^r링 the^ð디 opinion어피니언 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 Budget버짓 Office.오^f피스

⑤ 위원회가 제4항에 따라 지정된 세입예산안 부수 법률안에 대하여 대안을 입안한 경우에는 그 대안을 제4항에 따라 세입예산안 부수 법률안으로 지정된 것으로 본다.
