Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Labor Welfare, Article 26 (Priority Purchase of Withdrawn Shares)

① 법 제44조제2항에 따라 인출된 우리사주를 조합 또는 조합원이 우선하여 매입하는 경우 그 매입가격은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 계산한다.
