다. 퇴직연금제도 폐지일을 기준으로 산정된 해당 사업의 적립금 및 미납 부담금(확정급여형퇴직연금제도의 경우 법 제16조제1항제2호에 따른 금액을 기준으로 한 적립부족액을 말하고, 확정기여형퇴직연금제도의 경우 부담금 납입 지연에 따른 지연이자를 포함한 금액을 말한다)
