기초연금법 제2조(정의)

1. "기초연금 수급권(受給權)"이란 이 법에 따른 기초연금을 받을 권리를 말한다.

4. "소득인정액"이란 본인 및 배우자의 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액을 합산한 금액을 말한다. 이 경우 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액을 산정하는 소득 및 재산의 범위는 대통령령으로 정하고, 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액의 구체적인 산정방법은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
