노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 제61조(조정의 효력)

①제60조제1항의 규정에 의한 조정안이 관계 당사자에 의하여 수락된 때에는 조정위원 전원 또는 단독조정인은 조정서를 작성하고 관계 당사자와 함께 서명 또는 날인하여야 한다. <개정 2006.12.30>

②조정서의 내용은 단체협약과 동일한 효력을 가진다.

(2) The^ð더 contents칸텐츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 statement스테잇먼트 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 same세임 effect이^f펙트 as애즈 a어 collective컬렉티^v브 agreement.어그^r리먼트

③제60조제4항의 규정에 의하여 조정위원회 또는 단독조정인이 제시한 해석 또는 이행방법에 관한 견해는 중재재정과 동일한 효력을 가진다.
