노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 시행령 제14조의4(다른 노동조합의 교섭 요구 시기 및 방법)

제14조의2에 따라 사용자에게 교섭을 요구한 노동조합이 있는 경우에 사용자와 교섭하려는 다른 노동조합은 제14조의3제1항에 따른 공고기간 내에 제14조의2제2항에 따른 사항을 적은 서면으로 사용자에게 교섭을 요구하여야 한다.
