도로교통법 시행령 제50조(운전면허시험의 방법과 합격기준 등)

① 제46조 및 제47조에 따른 시험은 필기시험으로 하고, 이 시험에 합격한 사람에 대해서만 장내기능시험을 실시한다. 다만, 제45조제1항제4호 단서에 해당하는 신체장애인이나 글을 알지 못하는 사람으로서 필기시험을 치르는 것이 곤란하다고 인정되는 사람은 구술시험으로 필기시험을 대신할 수 있다.

② 제46조 및 제47조에 따른 시험은 각각 100점을 만점으로 하되, 제1종 운전면허시험은 70점 이상, 제2종 운전면허시험은 60점 이상을 합격으로 한다. 제46조 및 제47조에 따른 시험을 함께 실시하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

③ 도로주행시험은 100점을 만점으로 하되, 70점 이상을 합격으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 road^r로우드 driving드^r라이^v빙 test테스트 shall섈 be비 scored스코드 out아웃 of어^v브 100 points,포인츠 and앤드 a어 score스코 of어^v브 70 or오 more모 is이즈 a어 pass.패스

④ 운전면허시험(제1종 보통면허시험 및 제2종 보통면허시험은 제외한다)의 합격자는 제45조에 따른 적성검사 기준에 적합한 사람 가운데 제46조부터 제48조까지의 규정에 따른 시험에 모두 합격한 사람으로 한다.

⑤ 제1종 보통면허시험 및 제2종 보통면허시험의 합격자는 각각 제1종 보통연습운전면허 및 제2종 보통연습운전면허를 받은 사람으로서 도로주행시험에 합격한 사람으로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 persons퍼슨즈 who후 pass패스 the^ð더 Class클래스 1 ordinary오더네^r리 license라이슨스 test테스트 or오 the^ð더 Class클래스 2 ordinary오더네^r리 license라이슨스 test테스트 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 obtained어브테인드 a어 Class클래스 1 ordinary오더네^r리 learner's러너즈 license라이슨스 or오 a어 Class클래스 2 ordinary오더네^r리 learner's러너즈 license,라이슨스 respectively,^r리스펙티^v블리 and앤드 have해^v브 passed패스트 the^ð더 road^r로우드 driving드^r라이^v빙 test.테스트

⑥ 제46조 및 제47조에 따른 시험에 합격한 사람은 합격한 날부터 1년 이내에 실시하는 운전면허시험에 한정하여 그 합격한 시험을 면제한다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 운전면허시험에 관하여 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
