Enforcement Decree of the Road Traffic Act, Article 63 (Standards for Facilities, Equipment, etc. of Schools)

① 법 제101조에 따른 학원의 시설 및 설비 등의 기준은 별표 5와 같다.

② 다음 각 호의 교육용 자동차는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 기준에 적합한 구조를 갖추어야 한다. 이 경우 학원 또는 전문학원의 설립ㆍ운영자는 제2호의 도로주행교육용 자동차를 제3호의 도로연수교육용 자동차로 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.2>

③ 도로주행교육용 자동차에는 도로주행교육 표지를, 도로연수교육용 자동차에는 도로연수교육 표지를 붙이는 등 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 표시 등을 하여야 한다. 다만, 제2항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 도로주행교육용 자동차를 도로연수교육용 자동차로 사용하는 경우에는 도로연수교육용 표지를 별도로 붙이지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2025.12.2>
