도로법 제105조(도로협회)

① 도로와 관련된 사업을 경영하는 자 또는 이와 관련된 업무에 종사하는 자는 제4항 각 호의 사업을 추진하기 위하여 도로협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 operating아퍼^r레이팅 road-related^r로우드-^r릴레이티드 businesses비즈너시즈 or오 engaged엔게이지드 in인 related^r릴레이티드 work워크 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 road^r로우드 association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 projects프^r라젝츠 listed리스티드 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4).

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 obtaining어브테이닝 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 and앤드 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 main메인 office.오^f피스

④ 협회는 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.

(4) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 projects:프^r라젝츠

⑤ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제4항제6호에 따라 협회에 위탁한 업무의 처리에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may,메이 within위^ð딘 their^ð데어 budgets,버짓츠 provide프^r러^v바이드 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 costs카스츠 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 handling핸들링 the^ð더 work워크 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 to투 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) 6.

⑥ 협회의 정관의 기재사항과 협회의 감독에 필요한 사항 등은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(6) Matters매터즈 to투 be비 stated스테이티드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 supervising수퍼^v바이징 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑦ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(7) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 concerning컨서닝 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션
