마약류 관리에 관한 법률 제11조의2(마약류통합정보관리센터)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 제11조 및 제13조제2항에 따라 보고받거나 제13조제3항에 따라 통지받은 정보(이하 "마약류 통합정보"라 한다) 등을 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 전문기관을 마약류통합정보관리센터(이하 "통합정보센터"라 한다)로 지정하여 다음 각 호의 업무를 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2019.12.3, 2025.3.18, 2025.11.11>

② 통합정보센터의 장은 국가, 지방자치단체, 공공기관, 마약류취급자 및 마약류취급승인자 등을 대상으로 보고받은 정보의 진위 여부를 확인하는 등 제1항에 따른 업무를 수행하거나 마약류 오남용을 분석하는 데 필요한 경우에 한하여 그 업무와 관련성이 있는 「주민등록법」 제30조제1항에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료, 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제4항에 따른 전산정보자료, 출입국관리기록, 진료기록, 의약품공급기록 등의 자료로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자료[개인정보(「개인정보 보호법」 제2조제1호에 따른 개인정보를 말한다. 이하 같다)를 포함한다]를 제공하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 하며, 통합정보센터의 장에게 제공하는 자료에 대하여는 사용료 또는 수수료 등을 면제한다. <개정 2019.12.3>

③ 식품의약품안전처장과 통합정보센터의 장은 제11조에 따라 보고된 정보나 제2항에 따라 제공받은 자료와 정보를 철저히 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety세이^f프티 and앤드 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Information인^f퍼메이션 Center센터 shall섈 strictly스트^r릭틀리 manage매너지 the^ð디 information인^f퍼메이션 reported^r리포티드 under언더 Article아터클 11 and앤드 the^ð더 materials머티^r리얼즈 and앤드 information인^f퍼메이션 provided프^r러^v바이디드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

④ 식품의약품안전처장은 통합정보센터의 장에게 마약 또는 향정신성의약품의 취급 및 관리 현황 등에 대하여 보고하게 할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety세이^f프티 may메이 require^r리콰이어 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Information인^f퍼메이션 Center센터 to투 report^r리포트 on안 the^ð더 current커^r런트 status스태터스 of어^v브 the^ð더 handling핸들링 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 narcotic나카틱 drugs드^r러그즈 or오 psychotropic사이코트^r라픽 drugs,드^r러그즈 etc.엣세터^r러

⑤ 식품의약품안전처장은 통합정보센터의 운영 등에 사용되는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

⑥ 제1항제6호에 따른 외부 소프트웨어의 기능 검사에 필요한 구체적인 방법 및 기준은 식품의약품안전처장이 정하여 고시한다. <신설 2019.12.3>
