민법 제941조(재산조사와 목록작성)

① 후견인은 지체 없이 피후견인의 재산을 조사하여 2개월 내에 그 목록을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 법원의 허가를 받아 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
