민사소송법 제252조(정기금판결과 변경의 소)

①정기금(定期金)의 지급을 명한 판결이 확정된 뒤에 그 액수산정의 기초가 된 사정이 현저하게 바뀜으로써 당사자 사이의 형평을 크게 침해할 특별한 사정이 생긴 때에는 그 판결의 당사자는 장차 지급할 정기금 액수를 바꾸어 달라는 소를 제기할 수 있다.
