민사집행법 제114조(차순위매수신고)

①최고가매수신고인 외의 매수신고인은 매각기일을 마칠 때까지 집행관에게 최고가매수신고인이 대금지급기한까지 그 의무를 이행하지 아니하면 자기의 매수신고에 대하여 매각을 허가하여 달라는 취지의 신고(이하 "차순위매수신고"라 한다)를 할 수 있다.

②차순위매수신고는 그 신고액이 최고가매수신고액에서 그 보증액을 뺀 금액을 넘는 때에만 할 수 있다.
