Civil Execution Act, Article 266 (Suspension of Auction Proceedings)

①다음 각호 가운데 어느 하나에 해당하는 문서가 경매법원에 제출되면 경매절차를 정지하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.12>

②제1항제1호 내지 제3호의 경우와 제4호의 서류가 화해조서의 정본 또는 공정증서의 정본인 경우에는 경매법원은 이미 실시한 경매절차를 취소하여야 하며, 제5호의 경우에는 그 재판에 따라 경매절차를 취소하지 아니한 때에만 이미 실시한 경매절차를 일시적으로 유지하게 하여야 한다.
