민사집행법 제82조(집행관의 권한)

①집행관은 제81조제4항의 조사를 위하여 건물에 출입할 수 있고, 채무자 또는 건물을 점유하는 제3자에게 질문하거나 문서를 제시하도록 요구할 수 있다.
