민사집행법 제98조(일괄매각결정)

①법원은 여러 개의 부동산의 위치ㆍ형태ㆍ이용관계 등을 고려하여 이를 일괄매수하게 하는 것이 알맞다고 인정하는 경우에는 직권으로 또는 이해관계인의 신청에 따라 일괄매각하도록 결정할 수 있다.

②법원은 부동산을 매각할 경우에 그 위치ㆍ형태ㆍ이용관계 등을 고려하여 다른 종류의 재산(금전채권을 제외한다)을 그 부동산과 함께 일괄매수하게 하는 것이 알맞다고 인정하는 때에는 직권으로 또는 이해관계인의 신청에 따라 일괄매각하도록 결정할 수 있다.
