방송법 제45조(정관의 기재사항)

①공사의 정관에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 intends인텐즈 to투 amend어멘드 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 it잇 shall섈 obtain어브테인 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission.커미션

③ 방송미디어통신위원회는 제2항에 따른 인가의 신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 인가 여부를 공사에 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2020.12.8, 2025.10.1>

(3) The^ð더 Broadcasting,브^r로드캐스팅 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 whether웨^ð더 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 is이즈 granted그^r랜티드 within위^ð딘 30 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 it잇 receives^r러시^v브즈 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

④ 방송미디어통신위원회가 제3항에서 정한 기간 내에 인가 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 공사에 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 인가를 한 것으로 본다. <신설 2020.12.8, 2025.10.1>
