변호사법 제14조(소속 변경등록)

① 변호사는 지방변호사회의 소속을 변경하려면 새로 가입하려는 지방변호사회를 거쳐 대한변호사협회에 소속 변경등록을 신청하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 소속이 변경된 변호사는 지체 없이 종전 소속 지방변호사회에 신고하여야 한다.

③ 제1항의 경우에는 제7조제4항과 제8조를 준용한다.
