변호사법 제65조(설립 절차)

지방변호사회를 설립할 때에는 회원이 될 변호사가 회칙을 정하여 대한변호사협회를 거쳐 법무부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 회칙을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.
