병역법 제74조의2(채용 시의 우대 등)

① 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제30조에 따른 취업지원 실시기관의 장은 소집 등에 의한 승선근무예비역, 보충역(사회복무요원은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 대체복무요원 복무를 마친 사람이 채용시험에 응시하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 3세의 범위에서 응시상한연령을 연장하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.25, 2011.5.24, 2013.6.4, 2016.1.19, 2016.5.29, 2019.12.31>
