보험업법 제23조(조직 변경 결의 공고 후의 보험계약)

① 주식회사는 제22조제1항에 따른 공고를 한 날 이후에 보험계약을 체결하려면 보험계약자가 될 자에게 조직 변경 절차가 진행 중임을 알리고 그 승낙을 받아야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 승낙을 한 보험계약자는 조직 변경 절차를 진행하는 중에는 보험계약자가 아닌 자로 본다.
