보험업법 제25조(보험계약자 총회 대행기관)

① 주식회사는 조직 변경을 결의할 때 보험계약자 총회를 갈음하는 기관에 관한 사항을 정할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 기관에 대하여는 보험계약자 총회에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 기관에 관한 사항을 정한 경우에는 그 기관의 구성방법을 제22조제1항에 따른 공고의 내용에 포함하여야 한다.
