보험업법 제85조(보험설계사에 의한 모집의 제한)

Insurance Business Act, Article 85 (Restrictions on Solicitation by Insurance Solicitors)

① 보험회사등은 다른 보험회사등에 소속된 보험설계사에게 모집을 위탁하지 못한다.

② 보험설계사는 자기가 소속된 보험회사등 이외의 자를 위하여 모집을 하지 못한다.

(2) An앤 insurance인슈^r런스 solicitor설리서터 shall섈 not낫 solicit설리싯 for^f포 anyone에니원 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð디 insurance인슈^r런스 company,컴퍼니 etc.엣세터^r러 to투 which위치 the^ð더 solicitor설리서터 belongs.빌롱즈

③ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항을 적용하지 아니한다.

1. 생명보험회사 또는 제3보험업을 전업(專業)으로 하는 보험회사에 소속된 보험설계사가 1개의 손해보험회사를 위하여 모집을 하는 경우

2. 손해보험회사 또는 제3보험업을 전업으로 하는 보험회사에 소속된 보험설계사가 1개의 생명보험회사를 위하여 모집을 하는 경우

3. 생명보험회사나 손해보험회사에 소속된 보험설계사가 1개의 제3보험업을 전업으로 하는 보험회사를 위하여 모집을 하는 경우

④ 제3항을 적용받는 보험회사 및 보험설계사가 모집을 할 때 지켜야 할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
