보험업법 제85조의2(보험설계사 등의 교육)

① 보험회사등은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소속 보험설계사에게 보험계약의 모집에 관한 교육을 하여야 한다.

② 법인이 아닌 보험대리점 및 보험중개사는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 교육을 받아야 한다.
