보호관찰 등에 관한 법률 제11조(심사)

① 심사위원회는 심사자료에 의하여 제6조 각 호의 사항을 심사한다.

② 심사위원회는 심사에 필요하다고 인정하면 보호관찰 대상자와 그 밖의 관계인을 소환하여 심문하거나 상임위원 또는 보호관찰관에게 필요한 사항을 조사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 심사위원회는 심사에 필요하다고 인정하면 국공립기관이나 그 밖의 단체에 사실을 알아보거나 관계 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
