부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(선매)

① 법 제15조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 공공기관 또는 공공단체"란 제11조제1항제1호부터 제10호까지의 기관 또는 단체를 말한다.

② 법 제15조제1항에 따라 선매자(先買者)로 지정된 자는 같은 조 제2항에 따른 지정 통지를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 매수가격 등 선매조건을 기재한 서면을 토지소유자에게 통지하여 선매협의를 하여야 하며, 지정 통지를 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 선매협의조서를 허가관청에 제출하여야 한다.
