Enforcement Decree of the Act on Report on Real Estate Transactions, etc., Article 13 (Requests for Purchase of Land)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따라 토지의 매수청구를 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 청구서를 허가관청에 제출하여야 한다.
