상법 제225조(퇴사원의 책임)

①퇴사한 사원은 본점소재지에서 퇴사등기를 하기 전에 생긴 회사채무에 대하여는 등기후 2년내에는 다른 사원과 동일한 책임이 있다.

②전항의 규정은 지분을 양도한 사원에 준용한다.
