상법 제335조의3(양도상대방의 지정청구)

①주주가 양도의 상대방을 지정하여 줄 것을 청구한 경우에는 이사회는 이를 지정하고, 그 청구가 있은 날부터 2주간내에 주주 및 지정된 상대방에게 서면으로 이를 통지하여야 한다.

②제1항의 기간내에 주주에게 상대방지정의 통지를 하지 아니한 때에는 주식의 양도에 관하여 이사회의 승인이 있는 것으로 본다.
