상법 제514조의2(전환사채의 등기)

①회사가 전환사채를 발행한 때에는 제476조의 규정에 의한 납입이 완료된 날로부터 2주간내에 본점의 소재지에서 전환사채의 등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 1995.12.29>

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 등기할 사항은 다음 각호와 같다.

③제183조의 규정은 제2항의 등기에 대하여 이를 준용한다.

④외국에서 전환사채를 모집한 경우에 등기할 사항이 외국에서 생긴 때에는 등기기간은 그 통지가 도달한 날로부터 기산한다.
