상법 제579조(재무제표의 작성)

①이사는 매결산기에 다음의 서류와 그 부속명세서를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.14>

②감사가 있는 때에는 이사는 정기총회회일로부터 4주간전에 제1항의 서류를 감사에게 제출하여야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 there^ð데어 is이즈 an앤 auditor,오디터 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 documents다큐먼츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) to투 the^ð디 auditor오디터 four^f포 weeks윅스 before비^f포 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð디 ordinary오더네^r리 general제너^r럴 meeting.미팅

③감사는 제2항의 서류를 받은 날로부터 3주간내에 감사보고서를 이사에게 제출하여야 한다.
